We are so grateful that we chose them as our tour facilitators. Their friendly, prompt and detailed responses throughout our pre-trip communication was professional and appreciated. Our guides (Deepak and Hem) were outstanding: friendly, knowledgable, great with our children, flexible and helpful. We enjoyed each part of our itinerary immensely. Our itinerary was created keeping the young ages of our children in mind and Stefan did a great job with his recommendations and suggestions. Our family adventure to Nepal was one of the best vacations we have ever taken. The hotels were clean and simple, and we were informed that the restaurants suggested were already visited by Swiss Family Treks to ensure high standards. Stefan and his team did an amazing job planning and executing our adventure and we are beyond grateful for their efforts. It was also a treat for our family to dine with Stefan and Viana in their beautiful, warm home - what a special touch.

It was the perfect ending of our trip! It was great to thank the person who realized a perfectly organized adventure for us! We cannot find the needle in a haystack! We are so appreciative how well it was organized and also how gentle all the employees were. Great — Greater — Swiss Family Treks! Thank you so much again for a wonderful experience! We will definitely book our next vacation in Nepal with you!

I am very impressed by Swiss Family Treks. Your services along the ABC trek and in Kathmandu freed us from concern about logistics, whereabouts and whether we would see the places and sights that would be of most interest to us. As someone who has hired and managed many co-workers over the years, I must say your team in Nepal speaks very well of your business.

The 7-day trekking course near Annapurna was a memorable time for Cass and me. I read about Stephan's tour operation in The Guradian, contacted them and everything since has been smooth and easy experience from getting detailed itinerary, pre-trip planning, arrival at the Kathmandu airport, transfer and the trek. Our guide Karma Sherpa was professional and porter Mahindra was a 20-something herculean of sorts.

Together with our guide and porter after traveling 20 days we felt like family, an amazing experience and wisdom. It was every day a surprise but the attention for the food, also cooking by Sonam, makes us very healthy. Sonam, our guide was really attentive and professional. He guided tempo in a way that we enjoy walking and our acclimatization was natural.

My 11 year old son and I had the most fantastic holiday in Nepal. As well as trekking in the most amazing landscapes of Annapurna Conservation Area (Ghorepani, Poon Hill, Ghandruck) with a lovely guide, we also enjoyed, hot springs a spa hotel, jungle exploration, elephant rides, white water rafting, cultural experiences and made new friends.

Thank you so, so much for a wonderful holiday. We trekked the Poon Hill circuit with our two young children. It was so brilliant. Our guide, Modern, was very gentle and wonderful with the kids. Our daughter choose to walk with him every day, saying he was better at helping her down the steep bits than I was :) Our kids also loved Caloo our surefooted mountain pony who helped carry the kids when their legs got too tired!!!The horseman was fantastic. Our porters looked after us so well. All the staff were helpful, kind and really just fantastic and helped make our trip brilliant.Every part of the trip was well planned and executed. We did not have to worry about anything and could just enjoy the mountains and the people we met.
