BIKE ROUTE: EMBA - CHANGUNARAYAN - NAGARKOT - DHULIKHEL-
PANAUTI – LAKHURI BHANJYANG - SISNERI - LUBHU -
EMBA.
HIGHEST POINTS : 2160 meters (Nagarkot v/t), 1994 meters (Lakuri Bhanjyang,
Tented Camp Resort)

ITINERARY;
Day 1: Ride to Nagarkot:
We start our trip at 9:00 am from Epic Mountain Bike Adventure (EMBA) to
Changunarayan riding through Balkot - Thimi - Bhaktapur (Apprx. 22 km).
We observe the Changunarayan temple situated at the beautiful hill and
have lunch at the Changunarayan Resort. Taking rest for a while after
recharged energy we start riding to the magnificent Nagarkot through Telkot
Forest Reserve. Dinner/ Night stay at the Hotel Nagarkot.
Day 2: Ride Nagarkot to Dhulikhel
After 9:00 am breakfast, we go for 1 hour sight-seeing to the Nagarkot view
tower and continue our trip to Dhulikhel descending through ‘Nala’ an old
newari village, rich with traditional architecture and ‘Banepa’ a busy town,
market for several villages nearby. We will reach Dhulikhel, and have a
refreshing lunch at Araniko Resort. In the evening, we walk for sight-seeing
to Dhulikhel temple. Dinner/ Night stay at Resort.
Day 3: Dhulikhel to EMBA
Our last day ride begins at 8:00 am after breakfast. We ride through a
historically important town, ‘Panauti’. Pedaling 2 and half hour climb from
here will reach to ‘Lakuri Bhanjyang’. A perfect destination for awe-inspiring
panoramic views of the mountain and sight the three cities (Kathmandu,
Bhaktapur and Lalitpur) from the altitude of 1994m. After a refreshing lunch
at a beautiful Tented Camp Resort, we descend back to ‘Sisneri’ – ‘Lubhu’
and finally to EMBA.

BIKE HIRE: We hire Hard Tail GIANT ATX pro bikes of different sizes.
BIKE HIRE COST: Per day US$ 10
Tipping is expected but it is not mandatory.

Easy trekking by Himalayan standards is generally up to 2000m. There are plenty of ups and downs on well-maintained trails. This type of trip is best suited for those who lead a reasonably active life. The trek takes about 3 to 7 days, walking about 4 to 5 hours a day. |

This involves longer treks (five to ten days) on maintained trails. This type of trek includes day excursions to higher elevations, for which it's advisable to have some previous hill- walking experience. On these treks, we generally achieve an altitude between 900m to 3000m. |

A reasonably demanding trek at an altitude up to 4000m with side trips to higher elevations. The trails are sometimes uncharted and away from inhabited areas. |

These treks must be fully supported. We climb to altitudes between 3500 and 5000m. & there are overnight stays at altitudes above 4000m. For this trek, trekkers should be fit & enthusiastic hill walkers prepared to tackle difficult terrain in remote areas. |

This trek is best described as Alpine, and suitable is suitable for those in excellent health, capable of carrying a backpack, when required. The trek covers very remote areas, traveling over snow-covered passes at an altitudes of up to 6500m. You will need to axes and crampons. No strenuous trek should be undertaken without medical clearance. |

TOUR CANCELLATION:
There will be a cancellation fee of 25% for any cancellation three weeks prior to Tour departure date, 50% two weeks prior to Tour departure date and no refund thereafter. No refund for no shows & delay arrivals whatsoever reason.
