Larkya Peak Climbing, Camping 24 Days

Larkya Peak is located in the Manaslu range of mountains in the Gorkha district of Nepal. Manaslu Region was opened in 1992; this area offers a combination of rich culture heritage, unsurpassed beauty and biological diversity. Manaslu trek and Larkya peak is mid northern Tibet border of Nepal, Manaslu region has just been opened to visitors finally permit to really enter the mythical universe of living Tibetan tradition. Gorkha is a small independent state from where the unification of modern Nepal began is the starting point of the trek. Trek follows from Arughat to narrow Budi Gandaki River valley. Many Gurungs, Magar and Indo Tibetan Buddhist culture follow up to Samdo the last settlement before Larke peak and Larke la pass. Magnificent panoramic view point to admire the lofty mountain summits like Langtang, Ganesh Himal, Buddha Himal, Himalchuli, Annapurna and Siringi Himal so on, The trail continue northward passing through many villages of the Tibetan origin. These villages offer an opportunity to explore their customs and cultures, monasteries, prayer flags, prayer wheel and prayer walls. Mount Manaslu at 8163 meters is the 8th highest peak in the world and is located near to the border of Nepal and Tibet. The name Manaslu means ".The Spirit-Mountain" in the local dialect, referring to the benevolent and strong deity, which wells within. Trekking in Manaslu and Larkya peak climbing is one of the most delightful adventures. It is a rarely climbed peak and permits have only been issued to climb Larkya peak since 2002. Larkya peak is pretty tricky and hard to fine top to bottom we provide you need knowledgeable guide. After Larkya peak again same trekking route of Manaslu and to joint famous Annapurna circuit area actually place it call Dharapani and continue from there Besisahar and after by local bus or private vehicle to Kathmandu.

Outline Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and meet with SNFT representative at the airport and transfer to Hotel. Welcome drink and short briefing about Trekking and Peak Climbing.

Day 02: Full day Sightseeing Trip in Kathmandu Valley like as Boudhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, Kathmandu Durbar Square and Swoyambhunath Stupa with our well experience English Speaking Tour Guide by private car, Overnight in Hotel.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Arughat Bazzar 610/6-7hours by local bus, stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 04: Trek from Arughat Bazzar to Lapubesi 880m/6-7hours, stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 05: Trek from Lapubesi to Khorlabesi 970m/5-6hours, stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 06: Trek from Khorlabesi to Dhoban 1070m/5-6hours, stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 07: Trek from Dhovan to Philim 1570m/6-7hours, stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 08: Trek from Philim to Deng 1860m/5-6hours, stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 09: Trek from Deng to Namrung 2630m/5-6hours, stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 10: Trek from Namrung to Samagaon 3520m/5-6hours, stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 11: Acclimatization Day, stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 12: Trek from Samagaon to Samdo 3875m/4-5hours, stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 13: Trek from Samdo to Dharmasala 4460m/5-6hours, stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 14: Trek from Dharmasala to Larkya-La 5160m/5-6hours, stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 15: Trek from Larkya-La to High Camp 5600m/4-5hours, stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 16: Summit to Larkya Peak 6249m and back to Bimthang 3590m/7-8hours, stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 17: Reserve day for climbing due to bad weather, stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 18: Trek from Bimthang to Tilje 2300m/5-6hours, stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 19: Trek from Tilje to Tal 1700m/6-7hours, stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 20: Trek from Tal to Ghermuphant 1130m/5-6hours, stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 21: Trek from Ghermuphant to Bhulbhule 840m/5-6hours, stay overnight at tented camp.

Day 22: Drive from Bhulbhule to Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel.

Day 23: Free Day for Shopping in Kathmandu.

Day 24: Final Departure to International Airport.
