Introduction to Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing Tour
Kathmandu Valley consists of three main cities of great historic and cultural interest Kathmandu, Lalitpur (Patan) and Bhaktapur (Bhadgaon). The history of the Valley begins with the Buddhist saint Manjushree who slashed a passage through the surrounding hills to drain out the primordial waters and make it inhabitable. Over the centuries, a refined urban civilization emerged, built on a unique synthesis of Hinduism and Buddhism. It is also known as cities of Temples. These are one of the best cities for sightseeing, with its long history, fascinating art, distinctive and varied of architecture. The vast diversity of peoples, their culture, language and tradition will intrigue anyone. The two predominant religions, Hinduism and Buddhism are ever present with the variety of gods and goddess, numerous temples, stupas, monasteries. The major attractions of the main three cities like Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Stupa, Boudhanath Stupaa, Pashupatinath Temple, Patan Durbar Square, Changunarayan Temple and Bhaktapur Durbar Square. There is also another experience for Himalayan scenery from the Nagarkot Hill.
Itinerary in details
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu and Meet our company’s representative at the airport and transfer to Hotel. Welcome drink and short briefing about Tour. Refreshment
Day 2: Full day sightseeing trip to Swayambhunath Stupa, Bouddhanath Stupa, Kopan Monastery, Pashupatinath Temple and Kathmandu Durbar Square etc by private vehicle. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 3: Early in the morning, drive to Nagarkot Hill from where you have great view of Himalayan scenery and unobstructed Sunrise view. Then drive back for other sightseeing trip to Baktapur Durbar Square and Patan Durbar Square. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 4: Full day sightseeing trip to Balaju, Buddhanilkantha, Changunarayan, Dakshinkali, Chobar and Pharping by private vehicle. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 5: Departure to International Airport

TOUR CANCELLATION:
There will be a cancellation fee of 25% for any cancellation three weeks prior to Tour departure date, 50% two weeks prior to Tour departure date and no refund thereafter. No refund for no shows & delay arrivals whatsoever reason.
